1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Baji Game ("baji game", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your use of the website bajigame.best and all associated services, including sports betting, esports betting, live casino, and online casino games.

By registering an account with baji game, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Ignorance of the Terms is not accepted as a reason for non-compliance after an account has been created.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

3Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting, and virtual sports markets on baji game:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation except where the baji game platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit bet feature for the specific market in question.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (due to match abandonment, walkover, or similar event) will be refunded at the stake amount to your baji game account balance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — baji game reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund the stake.
• Live in-play markets are subject to delays between real-world events and the baji game platform's pricing update. Bets accepted during such delays may be voided at baji game's discretion if the outcome of the market is already effectively determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Specific limits are displayed in the relevant market. Bets placed that would result in a payout exceeding the stated limit may have their stake reduced proportionally.
• Combination bets (accumulators/parlays) are subject to the same rules as single bets for each individual selection. If one selection is voided, the remaining selections in the accumulator stand.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Baji game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. 10Account Closure and Suspension

Baji game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or for any other reason that baji game deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its members.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting baji game support. Accounts closed at a player's request will have any positive real-money balance returned to the player via their last-used payment method, after completion of all standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure.

14Governing Law and Disputes
